Example data
You shouldn't be chasing memberships in a notebook.
Plenty of gyms still track members in a notebook, a spreadsheet or from memory. Then someone trains for two months on an expired membership and nobody notices.
The membership expired, but they still show up.
See whose membership expires this week and whose already has, before they walk in.
You don't know who owes you.
Unpaid and pending payments on one list, without digging through bank statements.
Member details in five places.
Contact, membership and payment history for every member on one screen.
How it works
Everything the daily running of a gym needs.
Members
Every member on one screen.
Contact details, current membership, payment and check-in history. Search by name, filter by status.
